Web Relevant began as a web design and development resource for small businesses and nonprofits. The early work was straightforward: build websites, help clients get online, keep things running.

Over time, a pattern became clear. The website was rarely the hard part. What made technology difficult for small organizations was the surrounding infrastructure — the domains, the accounts, the email, the passwords, the vendor relationships — and the fact that responsibility for those things was often unclear, undocumented, or held by a single person.

That observation shaped what Web Relevant became. The work is still grounded in websites and practical technology, but the focus has shifted toward the organizational and operational side: making sure the systems a business depends on are owned, understood, and dependable — not just functional today.
